Bernadette says...
Work matters–it really does. My focus and passion has always been on contributing to work environments that can be better...and in being better, deliver better business results. It shouldn't be that complicated, right? I try to build or enhance organizational capabilities—the unique ways that each organization delivers on its vision, strategy and core initiatives. I specialize in organizational effectiveness and change management, human resource strategy, learning solutions, process improvement, and both executive and large group facilitation. Organizational challenges are not always obvious. Processes may be broken, team relationships may need repair, or a critical business strategy may not be clearly understood. The solutions can always be found; we just don't start with the answer.

Sarah says...
I’ve always been fascinated with the people side of business and I like to dive in and work with our clients to solve big people-related challenges. We’re doing a massive business change – what does this mean in terms of what people need to know and do differently? We’re launching an employee service centre in three months and need to hire and onboard the team before our go live date. How do we quickly ramp up and engage this team with the knowledge and skills they need? Once the challenge is defined, I’m very hands-on in developing the solution. I love creating the overall strategy and roadmap – and always look for innovative ways to get where we need to go. I’m also deeply involved in crafting the specific support required to underpin the roadmap, whether it be change tools or detailed learning materials.
